A sophisticated look...

I loved this look, it's amazing how such a muted tone of pink teamed with black can look so sophisticated and glamourous. Friday, updates and purchases

What a week! I'm extra relieved it's Friday. Tonight im off for a lovely dinner with Kate, Saturday lots of Ada & Darcy work putting some design concepts together for lovely clients - seems i've run out of hours this week! Definitely will be popping into the flower markets Saturday morning too, its been weeks since i've been and i'm starting to get withdrawal symptoms. Sunday though will be spent relaxing. Cant wait.

And in fashion news... Here's a couple of purchases that were made during the week.

1. A completely impractical but fabulous nonetheless feather jacket. LOVE. Such a fun accessory with jeans, dresses or skirts. Let's hope i dont wear it on a day where its raining.

2. A Whistles Carrie pleated skirt. The colour is outrageously beautiful, I saw it a while back and couldnt stop thinking about it so took the plunge.

Sequins...

I adore sequins, especially muted flat ones. The ones that are a little more subtle but ooze femininity and gorgeousness. I seem to be drawn to the things that sparkle, additional sparkly pretty sandals that I have found myself purchasing this summer! Kellie xx

Bathroom Glamour

What a beautiful and glamourous bathroom. Makes me feel very unhappy about ours which lacks some serious wow-ness compared to this stunning beauty. Loving those metallics used here and that chandelier is amazing! Of course though, if I had a bathroom like that, I'd have the fashion to match!? I can dream cant I!? xx

I have barely looked at a clothing boutique over the past few months and finally had a look online with what's new. Normally a girl who adores colour, I found myself leaning towards all these neutrals! Who would have thought!? Loving that bottom left Preen Line dress. Darling spring like spaces, teamed up with stylish fashion this afternoon. The gorgeous shot with the blooms reminded me I must head off to the flower markets this week to check if peonies are in yet. Kitchen dreams

Isn't this kitchen just angelic! Whilst I do love a bit of colour, im quite impartial to a crisp and white looking kitchen that reflects the light beautifully. Kind of like, bridal like fashion in a kitchen! Our kitchen is more on the cream side and whilst it's tidy and still clean looking, the colour isnt as clean as I would like it. Never mind, next home we hope to do everything from scratch and make it just as we please. Kellie xx

Lunch and a kaftan

Heading off to lunch today with Luke and think my this gorgeous kaftan featured below is just what I need! It has pretty little stones all around the neckline and the hood - just love that little bit of sparkle. The turquoise and lime colours are beautiful together, I also do have a soft spot for this in interiors as well and found some just lovely ideas! Hope you like them too... Kellie xx

Don't mind me, I have gone a teeny weeny bit mad about tablecloths and clothes at the moment... It's consuming me. Animal print - accessory obsession!

Honestly, I don't know what is with me at the moment, but I cannot, get enough of animal print! Not so much for interiors, but fashion accessories like shoes and bags - im absolutely obsessed... I have been eying off a pair of animal print shoes for a while on Wardrobe.com and since this find, I just am loving it more and more ... The funny thing though with animal print with me, my obsession is likely to disappear at the drop of a hat (hence why I havent taken the plunge with shoes, Im likely to be over them in a flash!).
